DraftKings and FanDuel are books. Prime Time Grid baseball is the board. A line is a consensus of money. A name on this Grid is a collision of facts the money is slow to price: a bat that is 14-for-32, a park that carries to right, wind out at 12, a nine that is actually posted. That is the work.

Recent form
Last ten, not the season page. A .220 on the year who is 12-for-28 is a different bat than a .300 who is 3-for-30. Same for arms — swinging-and-missing over the last five starts, not a March ERA.

The park
Dimensions and how the ball actually flies there. A short porch in right is not a generic home split. Indoor air is not outdoor air. We score the building, not the city name.

The weather
Wind, temperature, and precip on this slate. Wind out at 14 in a bandbox is a power night. Wind in and 48° is a contact-and-K night. Indoor parks skip the forecast and keep the roof.

Who is actually playing
Posted and expected lineups, plus the IL. Bench names do not make the board. Once they come out of the box, they drop from remaining ranks so you are not staring at a finished at-bat.
Hits, homers, steals, strikeouts, and matchups all run the same four inputs. Projected scores are ours. They are not a spread and they are not a total you should treat as a posted number. The day’s tape — remaining, live, final — sits on the ledger so the model is looking at who is still in the nine, not the pregame card.
Questions
How does the rank work?
Each name is a blend of last-ten form, how the park actually plays, the day’s weather, and whether they are in the posted or expected nine. Projected scores and hit probabilities are ours — not a posted line.
Does the board change during the day?
Yes. Once a game starts, remaining names are rebuilt so you are not looking at someone who already came out of the box. Finals drop off the live ranks. Yesterday’s scores sit on the tape.
Is this a sportsbook line?
No. We do not start from a posted hit, HR, or K number. The Grid writes the name. The book is a different product.
