Floor, then the number.

Basketball is not a copied football board. The four conditions were already the desk: pace, minutes, the building, and who is actually available. The gate is the part that raises the hit rate. A rating of 56 or higher requires a confirmed absence that changes the matchup. From 51 to 55, the side is still named. That is a lean, not a recommended wager. A spike night is not the next total. Minutes do not jump to the next man. The building shades. It does not write 70. Friday is preseason and is not billed. Opening-night opinions are leans. College rides this week and stays the game only. No scorers are invented.

1. 1 · The gate

   An absence that changes the offense is the only side.

   56 or better, and the absence is real. A 51 is a lean. A lean is not a ticket. A pass is not a miss. A questionable role player is not the gate.

2. 2 · The total

   Pace writes the total. A team name does not.

   A spike night is not the next total. The side and the total are graded apart. No under on a club that just cleared a number we did not write.

3. 3 · The minutes

   Minutes are the ticket, not the preview rotation.

   A usage spike does not pass to the next man until the minutes are the minutes. No points number on the backup because the first option sat one night.

4. 4 · The building

   The building is a lean, not a law.

   Home court, altitude, and a loud room shade a number. They do not write 70. A road side can still win.

5. 5 · The rest

   Rest is a shade, not a fade.

   A back-to-back, or a third game in four nights, is a condition. It is not a reason to lay the other side, and it is not 70.

6. 6 · The calendar

   Preseason is not the card.

   Rosters lock October 19. Friday’s games are not tickets. Opening week is a pass until this season has been seen. Last year’s number is not this year’s law.
