College football is not the NFL board with extra logos. Rosters turn over. Quarterbacks get listed doubtful for 48 hours. A west-coast team kicks at 3:30 ET. Afternoon first ticket is the break, not the ranked moneyline. Night is Prime Time. We start from who is actually healthy, what the sky is doing, and how far the visitor flew — then we put the research play first.

Injuries
Practice, designations, and who is active but not themselves. Questionable is not healthy. Cleared after a scare is not 100%. An offensive line with five names out is the game, not a footnote. If it is unconfirmed, we say so and we shade.

Weather and the field
Outdoor heat is a rushing tax. Rain kills the smash over. Wind is a kicker and a total. Indoor skips the sky. The field is a condition, not a box score.

Travel
Cross-country for a noon-east kick. An 8 PT window for a Midwest visitor. Neutral sites that are nobody’s campus. Short SEC hops are not the same tax. The clock shows up in the first half.

The window
Afternoon is not Prime Time. Noon and 3:30 ET are the public windows — steam in the last 60–90 minutes, ranked moneylines everyone already has. First ticket on those kicks is the break: the points, the total, the half. Night is Prime Time. The side can lead when the injury report is settled and the body clocks match.

The break — then the ticket
Where 01–04 stack, we write the moneyline, the house spread, the total, and the half. The first ticket is the break, not the first column. Parlays pack those breaks. We do not start from a DraftKings number and work backwards.
Projected scores are ours. They are not a posted spread. Tickets are written to the DraftKings open so steam in the last hour before kick does not recast the card. Football access — $10 a week or the house invite — opens this Grid. Same login as the NFL board. Different model.
Questions
How is this different from the NFL board?
Same health-and-field instinct. College adds travel as a first-class input and writes moneylines, spreads, totals, and halves instead of a player ranking.
Do you invent injury designations?
No. If it is unconfirmed, we say so and we shade. Questionable is not healthy.
What is on the ticket?
Moneyline, point spread, game total, and — when the script says so — first-half or quarter totals. On noon and afternoon kicks the first ticket is the break, not the ranked moneyline. Night is Prime Time.
Why do afternoon first tickets miss?
They led with the public number. Ranked home ML is what everyone already has. Steam hits 60–90 minutes before a 3:30 ET kick. The house now leads those windows with the dog, the total, or the half. The moneyline is the last read.
Do you recast when DraftKings moves?
No. The house ticket is written to the open. Steam in the hour before kick is the book, not us. If the number moved 2 points, the card says opened vs now.
